nyaochi's ACMENC

ACMENC is a command line frontend for ACM codecs created by the programmer nyaochi.

The main goal is to automate audio encoding using MP3 ACM codecs such as Fraunhofer's, but in theory it can work with any format with an ACM encoder, such as WMA, Vorbis, MP2, the countless ADPCM flavors, voice codecs, and even alf2cd.

If you do not like command lines and would rather use a graphical interface, check out ACM Station.

There was no real web site for this tool, but this is the forum post where nyaochi announced ACMENC.
