AUPECg2 encoder

AUPECg2 AUPEC stands for Auckland University Perceptual Entropy Coder (g2 is for generation 2). It was developed by Mark Vinton as his undergraduate research project.

Quality is not good, partially because no stereo redundancy coding is used - the channels are coded independently.

The web page at Washington University is gone, but you can still find it using archive.org.
